I’ve got the best embossing powder clean up tip for you in today’s quick tip video.
Whether using embossing powder, or the Embossing Buddy (which is an anti static bag), you’ll find this tip both easy and fast! And, more than likely, you have the clean up tip item close at hand.
Stray powder left behind from the Embossing Buddy leaves a chalky residue on dark cardstock. Many of you have been asking me how to remove it after you’ve heat embossed your image or greeting. Not only is this clean up tip great for removing the leftover powder, it also picks up stray embossing powder on your stamp table. It’s a game changer!
I’ll share two different ways in today’s quick tip video with the best embossing powder clean up tip

I inherited some embossing powder that is a few years old. I’m thinking it won’t work any longer. Is there a ‘shelf life’ for embossing powder? I seem to recall I had some a while ago and it also was somewhat old and it didn’t work. Thanks for any tips.
Yes, embossing powder does have a shelf life! Before using the powder, shake the container. If it’s not sticking, it’s time to replace the powder. Hope this helps!
