Learn how to make an adorable Thanksgiving card. This card of thanks has a cute turkey in rotating patterns which is a fun way to show off your stamping.
I used the Birds of a Feather stamp set, the same set from the August card making kit. These four whimsical images are paired with mixed font greetings to use throughout the year. I love the simple line art which makes them easy to color, even for the kids!

Thanksgiving Card – Details
The Pinewood Planks 3D Embossing Folder is one of my favorites. The deep impressions provide such a realistic look to the cardstock. The woodgrain background pairs well with this quirky turkey and simple greeting.
I used the Stitched Shapes Dies (largest square) using Thick Whisper White cardstock for the image. The layer of Cherry Cobbler cardstock was die cut using the Layering Squares Dies. It’s an amazing surplus of both basic square and scallop edge dies. You’ll find them on page 194 of the annual catalog.
Rotating the image allows you to reduce the coloring AND provides a fun focal point on your card. I used the alcohol-based Stampin’ Blends markers for this card but consider watercolor pencils or even dye-based markers.
