Short on time? I’ve got a creative simple card you can easily duplicate. This is a card making technique that is so easy to learn and only requires a few supplies.
I honestly think that Stampin’ Up! has the best card making supplies. Their color coordination is second to none and their quality is just as superior. Three ink colors and the coordinating cardstock created this triple time technique. It takes your creative card ideas to a whole new level.
I’ve included pictures, cutting dimensions and supplies below. Be sure to scroll down to see them.

Creative Simple Card Details
The Beautiful Bouquet stamp set is often overlooked in the annual catalog but this set has it all. There’s a large array of floral images and greetings making it a great all occasion stamp set. You’ll find this 37-piece photopolymer set on page 84 – and don’t miss the coordinating Bouquet Bunch Dies (page 191).
The triple time technique uses three graduated sizes of cardstock which are strategically aligned and stamped. Don’t miss the valuable tips I share about the alignment in today’s video.
White the layers of this card are full of beautiful blossoms I chose to leave the greeting layer very simple so as not to distract from it. But I couldn’t resist adding some of the Glitter Enamel Dots that coordinate perfectly!
Cutting Dimensions
- Pool Party cardstock base is cut 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″
- Pool Party cardstock layers are cut 3 1/4″ x 4 1/2″ and 2 1/4″ x 3 1/2″
- Whisper White cardstock layers are cut 4″ x 5 1/4″, 3″ x 4 1/4″ and 2″ x 3 1/4″
- Choose a strip of Whisper White cardstock to coordinate with your greeting size. Cut a coordinating layer of colored cardstock 1/8″ wider.

Lisa,
I love your videos and thank you for the dimensions. I did notice, however, that the middle colored card stock layer is given as 3 1/4 by 4 1/4. Should it have said 3 1/4 by 4 1/2?
Have a great day.
Stephanie
Hi Stephanie! Yes, there’s a typo. I accidentally placed a 4 where there should have been a 2. I’ve updated my website to reflect this change. Sorry for the inconvenience.
