Convenient Card Layout – Idea #1
Spruce up those simple patterns of designer papers by stamping an image randomly on the background. Use a single ink pad and a coordinating stamp image to enhance the original pattern! Here I’ve used the small pumpkin from the Ghoulish Goodies stamp set on the harlequin printed designer paper.
The new Cobwebs Embossing Folder provides amazing texture. Did you know you can use embossing folders for debossed (on the above card) or embossed (on the card below) texture? Check out the video for my tips on identifying your embossing folder sides to achieve your desired look. Be sure to stamp your greeting first then emboss.
Convenient Card Layout – Idea #2
Gnome for the Holidays can be found in the Mini Catalog and I could not resist the adorable expressions and images. Great for young and young-at-heart, these cute images provide a cheerful holiday greeting.
The Stampin’ Blends Markers provide flawless coverage. I have an entire video series on the Stampin’ Blends Markers. Learn how to use them in various ways and you’ll be coloring like a pro in no time! CLICK HERE for my entire video playlist.
Convenient Card Layout – Idea #3
Just because you have a card layout/sketch doesn’t mean you can’t improvise! I changed the circle for the wreath on this card.
The Arrange a Wreath Bundle will have you making wreaths for every occasion. With accessories dies to decorate your wreath from spring through Christmas, it’s a great go-to stamp set. And don’t miss this gorgeous Brushed Metallic Foil in the Mini Catalog!

Lisa, great card and easy layout, thank you. You might check on the measurements in your card layout sketch. You have the base and first layer measuring the same.

Hi Lisa. On your card layout, the Base and Layer 1 are listed as the same size, but on your completed card images, Layer 1 looks smaller than the Base, maybe by 1/2″ making each margin 1/4″? I’m confused. lol Thanks!
Thanks so much for visiting this video today Jo!! My mistake on the measurements. I do apologize. Here is the link for the correct measurements:
