Fun Fold Cards – Artistically Inked
No doubt you’ve seen the incredible layout of products on pages 96-97 of the annual catalog! The Expressions in Ink Suite includes designer paper that resembles alcohol ink backgrounds – without the mess! Bright, cheerful colors will accommodate an array of greeting card themes.
The same washed backgrounds are carried through to the stamp Artistically Inked stamp set which makes it flawless to use! Create florals using the inspiration on these pages or create your own. The possibilities are endless!
I used the “splash” image from this set to create a background on the Just Jade card base. It’s just enough to lend credence to the floral images while providing texture for the background.
And don’t forget the gold accents! This designer paper is double-sided. One side includes amazing gold details and the reverse a simple washed background. Get a look at these coordinating Expressions in Ink Designer Papers on page 131. Add more emphasis to the shimmer with the details in the Expressions in Ink Ephemera Pack (page 141). The foil die-cut pieces are perfect additions to your projects. There’s a 100-piece iridescent adhesive-backed sequin assortment included!
Double Slider Fun Fold Card – Turtle Friends
I never thought I was a turtle ‘lover’ until I laid eyes on the Turtle Friends Bundle (stamp set + coordinating Turtle Punch, page 86). Seriously, look at that expression! 
Jazz up the turtle back with the accompanying shell image or the greetings created perfectly to fit on his back. Accessorize your image for birthdays, graduations or simply to make a card to cheer them up! Regardless of what color scheme you choose (and you don’t have to choose green!) you can’t go wrong!
Double Slider Fun Fold Card – Right Behind You
The Right Behind You stamp set, page 84, I think is a sleeper set. The bike image immediately caught my attention since it’s unique and easy to color. Fill the basket with flowers or the dog and you’ll have quick, whimsical cards in minutes!
