Floating Image Cards | Thankful Garden
Among the new Stampin’ Up! Online Exclusive products you’ll find the Thankful Garden Bundle. This Bundle not only includes the stamps and coordinating dies but you’ll receive the coordinating decorative masks (stencils) as well.
I used Basic Black cardstock to show off the background of this gorgeous patterned paper. The layers of white card stock provide a striking separation and give this card a big wow factor!
These pretty petals were colored using the coordinating Stampin’ Blends alcohol based markers. They provide flawless coverage making you look like a coloring pro!
The Inside Scoop
The best part of this fun fold is that you can fold it a few different ways. This allows for flexibility of the images you’d like to use.
For this specific card, I opened to float the outside panels to the back of the center card. When closed, this card fits perfectly in a standard A2 envelope.
Floating Image Cards | Arched Wishes

Unlike the first card, this outside panels of this card fold over the center card. This allows for the addition of a belly band to display larger images or greetings.
The striped balloon uses the paper piecing technique. You can find another of my videos HERE that includes how to create this easy technique.

While no longer sold as a Bundle, the Ice Cream Swirl stamp set and dies are an easy way to create icy treats in minutes!
I kept the designer paper simple for this card, mixing and matching from several packages…the beauty of Stampin’ Up! color coordination!
Take a close look at those donuts! I glazed them using a simple technique using packing tape. Be sure to watch today’s video to learn how. This technique can add a shiny or glossy surface to areas that will use detailed dies in seconds.
The ice cream cone die was cut down to make a small cardboard basket for these hot donuts. Color them to coordinate with your designer series paper for a fun and whimsical ideas for a happy birthday card.
