I mentioned in a previous post that I send Halloween cards to my three great nephews. Jack is 7, Henry is 5 and Luke is 2. While Jack will enjoy the potion and rats card (click HERE if you missed it!), I think this card is perfect for Luke! The irony is that the boys have a black cat that they named Walter. Crazy name for a cat, huh? ((smile))
Today is the last Monday of September and that means Halloween is around the corner. To greet our trick or treaters, Bob the Builder and I enjoy setting up a table in our driveway to pass out candy to the neighborhood kids. It gives us a time to reconnect with neighbors we all too seldom see. In addition, it gives the kids a safe place to stop.
In addition to using a very unlikely stamp set for this Halloween card, I’ve packed the video with tips on teaching you a negative masking technique. You’ll find pictures, cutting dimensions and supplies in this post as well.
Cutting Dimensions:
- Whisper White cardstock base is cut 5 1/2″ x 8 /12″
- Whisper White cardstock banner is cut 1/4″ x 2 1/2″

Love ya, Di
LOL Diana! You’re so funny. That stamp set is so much fun! I saw it and thought immediately “I know at least a dozen friends that would love the humor.” The best part, it’s something different. I think you ‘need it’, Di! Love ya back!
Very cute card Lisa! Love the silhouette idea!
