Happy Monday! My card today uses the “Friendship’s Sweetest Thoughts” stamp set – another “sleeper” set in the Occasions Catalog (page 34). I fell in love with the flower cart because it reminded me of our visit to Italy a few years ago. I’m a huge flower lover! These carts can be found along cobblestone streets in-between quaint cafes. They’re affordable and the array of bouquets are beautiful! Many Europeans purchase a fresh bundle of flowers weekly to enjoy at home.
I’ve used Stampin’ Blends to color in the card shown here but keep in mind that any coloring medium will work. Consider watercolor pencils, Aqua Painter and Blender Pens with your ink pads as well. I’ve included pictures, cutting dimensions and a photo supply list below. Be sure to scroll down to see them along with the video.
And there’s big news coming your way today! Stampin’ Up! will post the retiring list for the 2018 Occasions and 2017-2018 annual catalogs at 1pm (MT). - Whisper White cardstock base is cut 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″
- Thick Whisper White cardstock layer is cut 3″ x 3″
- Old Olive cardstock layer is cut 3 1/8″ x 3 1/8″
- Petal Garden Designer Paper (floral pattern) is cut 1 1/4″ x 4″
- Petal Garden Designer Paper (stripe pattern) is cut 4″ x 4″
