Unique shapes add interest in your card making designs so don’t be afraid to create ‘outside the box’. Uneven corners or layers that are cut on an angle are a great way to add not only interest, but texture.
I shared this ice cream cone card using the free Hello Cupcake Sale-A-Bration stamp set last week. If you missed that card design idea, you can view it HERE. The angled layer is a perfect example of how unique shapes add interest.
This elegant butterfly is showcased on a layer with only two rounded corners. The Gingham Gala Designer Paper mimics those same corners providing uniformity and unique shapes to add interest.
