Want to know the best new way to clean your rubber stamps? It’s with the new Simply Shammy. While the Stampin’ Scrub is the workhorse of stamp cleaners, this new way to clean your rubber stamps offers a compact and portable option. And it doesn’t require any special cleaning solution, just add water! Just dampen the shammy with water, then wipe to clean your rubber stamps. When it starts to dry out, flip it over or give it a little spritz of water to refresh it.

If the shammy dries out completely, it will shrivel up and harden. Just add water when your’e ready to start stamping again and it will be ready to go. Rinse it occasionally to remove excess ink and more often if you’re using pigment ink or if you’ve done a lot of stamping at one time. Although the shammy will look stained it’s completely usable. The ink you see on the Simply Shammy will not transfer to other stamps. Don’t panic when your shammy starts to look dirty. That’s just a sign that it’s working and well used!

Other Great Qualities About the Shammy:

The Simply Shammy is thick and lightweight and measuring 5″ x 7″ allowing for ample space to clean even background stamps. This size fits perfectly inside the clear mount stamp case so you can store it right along with your stamps and transport it to and from crops, a friends house or even to another room with ease. Baby wipes leave behind lint and, often times, a light moisturizer which aren’t ideal for stamping.

Plus, cleaning your new Stamparatus just got a whole lot easier, too. Leave your stamp mounted on the hinged plates and wipe off your image with the Simply Shammy. Not only is this product a great way to clean your rubber stamps, it’s also economical – just $8.00!

Unlike other shammy cleaners on the market, the Simply Shammy is thick enough to remove ink from detailed stamps and narrow grooves. Today’s quick tip video will show you how easy it is to use and provide a product comparison. Take the shammy with you to a friend’s house on your next stamping day and they’ll agree that it’s never been easier to clean your rubber stamps.
