Who needs some watercolor tips for quick cards; or for that matter, any occasion card?!

Watercoloring provides a great opportunity to relax, especially as we draw closer to the holidays. Your schedule will become increasingly busier but it’s my hope that you will put aside some time to create your Christmas cards this year. With so many beautiful outline images in the Blended Seasons stamp set, annual and Holiday catalogs, I’m confident you’ll find these watercolor tips helpful.

Often times, as paper crafters, we over-think the creative process. We think that a card with 5 layers and 3 embellishments, that took 2 hours to make, is the only “mail worthy” card. I’m here to tell you that simple cards are always winners. Send a piece of yourself this holiday season by creating a handmade card for friends and family. Include some watercoloring and enjoy the process!

Today’s card uses the products from the Color your Season promotion which is coming to a close on August 31. These limited edition products include the Blended Seasons stamp set, the coordinating Stitched Seasons Famelits and the Watercolor Pencils Assortment 2. Once August 31 passes, these products will no longer be available. I’ve included pictures, cutting dimensions and supplies for this card below so be sure to scroll down to see them.
